LackyBangla Terms & Conditions — Membership, Betting & Payment Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the LackyBangla platform and all its services. Any person ("Member") who accesses the LackyBangla.com website or mobile application is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. LackyBangla reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; any changes will be published on the site.

The following requirements must be met to open an account at LackyBangla:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and accurate personal details at the time of registration.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number, device, or payment method.

After registration, LackyBangla may ask you to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Withdrawals may be restricted until this process is successfully completed.

Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. LackyBangla will never ask for your password or OTP directly. If anyone requests this information, treat it as fraud.

Account Deactivation

LackyBangla may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraud or unusual betting patterns are suspected.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+).

LackyBangla currently accepts the following payment methods:

All deposits are processed in BDT. Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted — the depositor and account holder must be the same person.

Please ensure the following conditions are met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Account KYC verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must be used in betting at least once (rollover conditions apply).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

Withdrawals requiring verification may take up to 72 hours. LackyBangla reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

Bet Confirmation

Once you click the "Place Bet" button, the bet is considered final. Review all details on the confirmation screen before submitting — bets cannot be changed or cancelled after placement, though a "Cash Out" option may be available on select bets.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Rapid odds movement during live betting is normal and does not indicate a platform error. LackyBangla reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical issue (e.g., odds of 100.00 posted by mistake).

Match Cancelled or Void

If a match is cancelled or a result cannot be determined for a valid reason, LackyBangla will refund the stake for the affected bet. In accumulator bets, any cancelled leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

All bonus offers on LackyBangla are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per account only.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days — the specific duration is stated in each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Full terms for welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards are available on the relevant promotions page. LackyBangla reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LackyBangla:

• Any attempt to fix a match or manipulate its outcome.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Hacking an account or attempting to access another member's account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are detected, LackyBangla may terminate the account, forfeit all bets and balances, and pursue legal action where necessary.

LackyBangla believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We are committed to helping our members build healthy betting habits.

Tools Available to Members

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake amount for a single bet.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

LackyBangla is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or transactions left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

LackyBangla is committed to continuous service improvement and availability. However, service may be temporarily interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances — we are not obligated to compensate members in such cases.

LackyBangla may update these terms in part or in full at any time. Registered members will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect. For significant updates, confirmation may be required at login.
